The Autumn Refresh Challenge is designed to give you the encouragement and resources you need to get kickstart your healthy habits and end the year strong!

Whether you prefer high-intensity workouts, calming yoga sessions, or something in between, our classes cater to all fitness levels and interests. Simply join at a time and pace that suits you best. We know that maintaining healthy habits can be difficult, so we've got our expert health coaches here to support you throughout. Our Masterclasses will cover a range of topics including managing hunger and combating weight stigma.
